My Story

This work is personal to me

I know how frustrating it can feel to do all the “right” things and still struggle with weight that won’t budge. For many people, weight management isn’t just about calories in and calories out. It’s about what’s happening beneath the surface—with hormones, blood sugar, and metabolism all playing a role. Early in my career, I focused on weight management, but I quickly noticed that hormone imbalances were often the missing piece.

This is personal for me. I was diagnosed with PCOS and insulin resistance myself, and for years, doctors told me to “make changes” without ever showing me how. I reversed my own PCOS through food, and went on to conceive naturally after years of being told it would be difficult. That experience is exactly why I do this work—I understand firsthand how essential it is to address the root causes, not just the number on the scale.

Today, I help people achieve sustainable weight loss through personalized lifestyle changes, nutrition strategies, and GLP-1–supported plans. I focus on supporting hormones, energy, and overall long-term health, because real transformation isn’t just about shrinking your body. It’s about gaining confidence, balance, and freedom in your everyday life. My goal is to guide you toward a healthier, more vibrant version of yourself—one that lasts well beyond quick fixes or temporary results.

Approach

Elizabeth's approach

I take a root-cause, science-backed approach to nutrition, focusing on why your body feels out of balance rather than just addressing the symptoms. My style is supportive, flexible, and personalized, so your plan fits seamlessly into your life. Nutrition isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I make it a priority to understand your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we uncover the strategies that truly work for you, creating a plan that feels manageable, realistic, and sustainable.

I specialize in weight and hormone health, helping you reach your goals without relying on fad diets or overwhelming restrictions. My focus is on building long-term results and a body that feels like the healthiest, strongest, and most vibrant version of you. By addressing the root causes and tailoring a plan specifically to your needs, I aim to make healthy living feel less like a chore and more like a natural, empowering part of your everyday life.
