What does working with a Registered Dietitian look like?

It starts with a conversation. We'll talk through your health history, symptoms, and goals, then build a nutrition strategy that's realistic for your life — with ongoing support as you go.

Do you provide meal plans?

Yes — I create customized meal plans tailored to your goals, preferences, and lifestyle, without unnecessary restriction. Every plan is built to fit your real life, not a rigid template.

Do you work with women who have PCOS?

Yes — PCOS and metabolic health is one of my core focus areas. We'll look at blood sugar balance, insulin sensitivity, and lifestyle factors specific to your symptoms and labs.

Do you work with fertility clients?

Yes. I work alongside the care you're already receiving from your OB/GYN or fertility specialist to support your nutrition before and during your fertility journey.

Can you help with weight loss?

Yes — through a sustainable, evidence-based approach rather than extreme restriction or short-term diets. The goal is results that actually last.

Do I need to follow a restrictive diet?

No. My approach is built around personalized, sustainable habits — not restriction, food fear, or rigid rules.

Are appointments virtual or in person?

All appointments are virtual — so you can work with me from anywhere, no commute required.

How often will we meet?

Most clients meet weekly or biweekly to start, then adjust the cadence as they build momentum and their plan evolves.

What happens during the first appointment?

We'll go through your health history, current eating patterns, symptoms, and goals in detail, so we can build a starting plan that's specific to you.
